Valley Greens represents a landmark project in the City of Peekskill—the first New York State licensed cannabis dispensary to open in its historic downtown. Navigating the complexities of zoning, state licensing, and local review, the project set the precedent for future cannabis retail approvals within the city.

The design transforms an existing Main Street storefront into a vibrant, welcoming retail experience that redefines expectations for dispensary design. A clean layout, playful palette, and clear brand identity establish a warm and accessible environment that aligns with Peekskill’s growing downtown culture.
Mandra Workshop led the architectural design, permitting, and coordination process from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with evolving state cannabis regulations. Interior design was developed in collaboration with SevenPoints Interiors, whose work helped bring the distinctive retail identity to life.
